Franklin Motorsports has a position open to work in the karting industry as a customer service rep and stockroom assistant at our retail store in New Berlin, WI.

Job Title: Customer Service and Stockroom Assistant

Job Type: Full Time

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Weekend work available April - October 

Salary: $16 - $20 Depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Service walk-in customers
• Receive, fulfill and ship online and over the phone customer orders
• Receive/Check-In Purchases
• Inventory Support
• Provide Customer Support
• Ad-hoc projects as needed

Additional Responsibilities:

• Pack and prepare for at-track race events
• Weekend work available in vendor trailer at at-track race events

 Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Strong computer skills
• Proficient in Gmail and Microsoft office products
• Self-starter
• Ability to work in team environment
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Knowledge of karting an asset but not required
