Amount of time for shipping
In stock items will ship same day if order is placed before 12 PM CST.*
Orders placed after 12 PM CST will be shipped the next business day.
Orders placed on Fridays after 12 PM, Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped the first business day following.
*Exceptions apply during store closures. All orders are available for pick-up at our physical location in New Berlin, WI during open hours.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping rates can be estimated in your cart.
Free shipping is available on online qualifying orders over $225. Over-sized products do not apply, and will be charged a flat rate or dimensional weight. Over-sized products include:
- Tillett Racing Seats
- Deep Seats
- Briggs Engines
- Tires
- Karts
- Stands
- Tire racks
- Other over-sized products.
*Re-sale accounts/dealers do not qualify for free shipping.

You will receive an order confirmation after placing an order. You will receive a shipping confirmation once you package is shipped. Please contact us if you need a tracking number.

Returns Policy
Due to conditions under which they operate, there is no warranty, guarantee or liability expressed or implied with regard to the goods, products and services sold and delivered hereunder. All items must receive a return item authorization from Franklin Motorsports via phone at 262-814-5400. A 20% re-stocking fee will be issued unless return is due to defective merchandise or an error on our part. Time Limit: 30 days from date of purchase. All tire sales are final and non-returnable. All specs and process subject to change without notice. Special orders are non returnable.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
