Amount of time for shipping
In stock items will ship same day if order is placed by 12 PM CST.
Orders placed after 12 PM CST will be shipped the next business day.
Orders placed on Fridays after 12 PM, Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped the first business day following.
*Exceptions apply during store closures. All orders are available for pick-up at our physical location in New Berlin, WI during open hours.
Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping rates can be estimated in your cart.
Free shipping is available on qualifying orders over $225. Not all items qualify such as karts, stands, tire racks and other over-sized products. Re-sale accounts/dealers do not qualify for free shipping.

Order and Shipment Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation after placing an order. You will receive a shipping confirmation once you package is shipped. Please contact us if you like a tracking number.
International Shipping Policy

All items must receive a return item authorization from Franklin Motorsports via phone at 262-814-5400. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund for an error on our part. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All other returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
