If you’re looking for a sprocket that adds some serious vroom to your gas-powered go-kart, look no further than the Mini Sprocket from Rocket Sprockets. With a chain pitch of #35 and teeth sizes ranging from 45 to 57, this sprocket doesn’t just deliver performance, it delivers it fast. The two-piece aluminum design is sleek, durable, and perfect for the high demands of karting. I’ve had it on my gas-powered kart, and the results are impressive. The sprocket’s light weight combined with its strong construction means you get the power down to the wheels with minimal drag, ensuring smoother, faster acceleration. What really sets this sprocket apart, though, is Rocket Sprockets' patented quick change feature. When you're out on the track, the last thing you want is to spend precious time fumbling with nuts and gear guards just to change your sprocket. With this design, changing gears is a breeze — no need to remove the retaining nuts or gear guard assemblies. This means quicker pit stops and more time racing at full throttle. The smaller bolt pattern adds flexibility without sacrificing strength. It fits perfectly into various setups, and swapping out teeth sizes from 45 to 57 is quick and effortless. In short, this sprocket is built for speed and efficiency. Whether you're racing against the clock or just pushing your kart to its limits, the Mini Sprocket by Rocket Sprockets keeps you ahead of the pack. Highly recommended for any serious karting enthusiast looking for performance and reliability.

Product Review: Rocket Sprocket #35 Rocket Mini Sprocket - Two Piece Split

Posted by Richard Bell on Aug 31st 2024

This year, I decided to try out the Rocket Sprocket #35 Rocket Mini Sprocket - Two Piece Split, and I have to say, it has exceeded my expectations in every way. One of the standout features of this sprocket is its ease of use. I have multiple sprockets, and swapping them out is incredibly quick and simple, even with guards on both sides. The design makes cleaning a breeze too, which is a huge time-saver. The Rocket Sprocket comes with an exclusive free rolling tooth design, which has made a noticeable difference in reducing chain drag. The chain glides smoothly into place without catching on the sides of the sprocket, which not only improves performance but also minimizes wear and tear on the chain and sprocket. The patented Quick Change mounting method is another fantastic feature. All it takes is a couple of turns to loosen the retaining nuts, and the sprocket lifts and rotates off the hub effortlessly. No more fiddling with nuts for long periods, which is a big plus when you're in a hurry. Additionally, the sprocket comes with the regular standard hole pattern machined into it, which makes it versatile and compatible with a variety of setups. The use of high-quality 7075-T6 aluminum at .160 thickness also adds to its durability, making it a reliable choice for any serious racer. Overall, the Rocket Sprocket #35 Rocket Mini Sprocket - Two Piece Split is an outstanding product that I would highly recommend. It's user-friendly, efficient, and built to last. Whether you're a seasoned racer or just starting out, this sprocket is definitely worth considering.
