TYCA Adjustable Kart Axle
Instantly Tune Axle Stiffness Without Changing Your Axle
The Tyca Adjustable Axle features globally patented stiffness insert technology that allows racers to quickly tune axle stiffness in minutes — without removing the axle from the kart.
Developed using advanced metallurgy and precision metal processing, the Tyca Axle gives drivers and tuners unprecedented chassis tuning flexibility while delivering the durability and performance expected at the highest levels of karting. The ability to rapidly adjust axle stiffness allows drivers to optimize rear grip, chassis release, and overall kart balance for changing track conditions.
Key Benefits
- Patented Adjustable Stiffness System
Change axle stiffness without removing or replacing the axle. - 5 Tuning Combinations in One Axle
Fine tune chassis response with multiple stiffness configurations using the included inserts. - Adjustments in Under 10 Minutes
Maximize limited practice and between-session tuning time at the track. - Independent Left & Right Side Tuning
Run different insert combinations on each side of the axle to optimize handling for varying track layouts and corner profiles. - Advanced Metallurgy & Manufacturing
Developed using cutting-edge metal processing for improved resilience, consistency, and performance over OEM kart axles. - Reduced Setup Guesswork
Quickly test multiple chassis setups without carrying multiple axles.
Engineered for Faster, More Efficient Chassis Tuning
After years of research and development, the Tyca engineering and metallurgy team developed an innovative axle system designed to simplify kart setup while expanding tuning capability. The patented insert technology allows racers of all experience levels to make meaningful chassis adjustments quickly and efficiently — helping drivers spend less time in the pits and more time dialing in performance on track.
How the Tyca Adjustable Axle Works
Each Tyca Axle Includes:
- 1 - A1 Insert
- 1 - A2 Insert
By changing insert combinations on each side of the axle, racers can create 5 different stiffness configurations to fine tune chassis response for changing grip levels and track conditions. Simply remove the wheel hub and axle key, slide the insert into position, then reinstall the axle key and wheel hub.
Tyca Inserts are engineered specifically for Tyca Axles.

Trackside Advantage
The Tyca Adjustable Axle system has proven especially valuable at temporary circuits and changing track conditions where rapid chassis adjustments are critical. The ability to independently tune each side of the kart using Tyca’s patented insert system allows tuners to quickly adapt chassis balance and rear grip without performing a complete axle change. Combined with advanced metallurgy and precision manufacturing, the Tyca Axle delivers the consistency, durability, and tuning flexibility demanded at the highest levels of karting.
Why Racers Choose TYCA
Traditional axle tuning requires removing and replacing the entire axle — a time-consuming process that limits testing opportunities during race weekends. The Tyca Adjustable Axle system eliminates that limitation by allowing rapid stiffness changes directly on the kart, giving tuners and drivers a faster, more efficient way to optimize chassis balance and grip.
